Avocat à la Cour (Luxembourg) – Investment Funds and/or Corporate Law

Linari Law Firm, a recognized boutique law firm operating both locally and internationally, advising over the past 25 years a diverse clientele ranging from multinational corporations to emerging businesses. We are looking for a candidate with a strong foundation in either investment fund law or corporate law, with experience in both areas considered a valuable asset. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn quickly, open to expanding their knowledge across new legal topics, and able to work independently while demonstrating a high degree of autonomy, initiative, and reliability.

You will be part of a small and dynamic team where you will be directly involved in the matters at hand, gaining valuable hands on experience and autonomy. Location: Strassen, Luxembourg

Languages: English (mandatory), any additional language is a plus.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Advise clients on the structuring, formation, and operation of investment funds (AIFs, RAIFs, UCITS, etc.);
  • Assist with regulatory matters, including CSSF licensing;
  • Draft and negotiate fund documentation and corporate governance documents;
  • Support M&A transactions and corporate reorganizations involving regulated and not regulated entities.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • At least 4 years of proven experience in Luxembourg in investment funds and/or corporate law;
  • Fully qualified Avocat à la Cour in Luxembourg;
  • Excellent command of English, written and spoken; additional languages are an asset;
  • Independent, proactive, and client-focused, with a high level of professional commitment;
  • Strong knowledge of Luxembourg fund structures and the financial regulatory framework;
  • Excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills; collaborative and team-oriented mindset.
