We are seeking a candidate with a strong foundation in corporate law and/or banking & finance; experience in multiple areas is a distinct asset. The ideal profile is an autonomous, reliable professional, eager to master new legal topics and take initiative.

To strengthen our litigation team, we are currently looking for a Litigation Associate (permanent contract).

YOUR ROLE

You will be involved in a wide range of litigation matters, including in particular:

  • Complex international litigation matters
  • Commercial and corporate litigation
  • Civil litigation
  • Employment law disputes.

 

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Handling litigation files from A to Z under partners and/or counsel supervision
  • Legal research and drafting of procedural submissions (pleadings, briefs, legal opinions)
  • Representation of clients before Luxembourg courts, including regular court appearances and pleadings
  • Participation in hearings, meetings with clients, and procedural strategy discussions
  • Close collaboration with partners and other members of the team.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Admitted to the Luxembourg Bar (avocat à la Cour)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a litigation lawyer
  • Solid knowledge of commercial law, corporate law, civil law, and employment law
  • A strong interest in analysing and strategising complex litigation matters
  • Dynamic, motivated, and eager to learn
  • Rigorous, well-organized, and detail-oriented
  • Excellent drafting and analytical skills
  • Fluent in French and English (Luxembourgish and/or German is an asset)
