Career Opportunity: Avocat à la Cour (Luxembourg) Senior Associate – Corporate Law and/or Banking and Finance

We are seeking a candidate with a strong foundation in corporate law and/or banking & finance; experience in multiple areas is a distinct asset. The ideal profile is an autonomous, reliable professional, eager to master new legal topics and take initiative.

Key responsibilities

  • Advise clients on the structuring, formation, and operation of Luxembourg structures (GP/SCSp, Securitization vehicles, Soparfi, etc.);
  • Draft and negotiate complex finance documentation and corporate governance structures;
  • Lead M&A transactions and corporate reorganizations for both regulated and  unregulated entities;
  • Innovate by integrating AI tools into daily legal workflows to increase efficiency and focus on high-value tasks.

Your profile

  • Experience: At least 5 years of proven experience in Luxembourg,  specifically in corporate law and/or banking & finance;
  • Qualification : Fully qualified Avocat à la Cour in Luxembourg;
  • Languages : Excellent command of English and French, any  other  language is an asset;
  • Mindset: Independent, proactive, collaborative and client-focused, with a high level of professional commitment;
  • Skills: Excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
