Career Opportunity: Administrative Assistant

Location: Strassen, Luxembourg

Languages: English and French (mandatory)

To strengthen our team, we are looking for an Administrative Assistant (permanent contract). The ideal candidate will be eager to learn, open to expanding their knowledge, and able to work independently while demonstrating a high degree of initiative, and reliability.

You will be part of a small and dynamic team where you will be directly involved in the matters at hand, gaining valuable experience and autonomy. Your tasks:

  • Perform general secretarial duties
  • Handle incoming calls and emails
  • Manage agendas and coordinate meetings
  • Greet and welcome clients
  • Organize travel arrangements
  • Manage office supplies and inventory
  • Communicate with suppliers
  • Maintain filing and archiving systems
  • Draft and send correspondence
  • Create PowerPoint presentations
  • Organize events, including team-building activities
  • Provide personal assistance to the Managing Partner

Your profile

  • Driving license mandatory (not necessary to have a car)
  • You are fluent in French and English (mandatory),
  • You are proficient with Microsoft software’s (especially Excel, Word, Powerpoint and Outlook)
  • You are a dynamic and flexible person
  • You have strong organization (ability to multitask) and communication skills
  • You have an excellent presentation
